GROTTAGLIE: WINE IS.... MUSIC

Grottaglie, il borgo delle ceramiche costruito nelle grotte ...

In Italy, you never have to go very far to find wine or music, but on the 3-4 August 2013 you can enjoy them together at Grottaglie (Taranto, Puglia). Via Crispi, the historic street where the famous ceramic workshops of Grottaglie are clustered, will be the hub of the two-day event where visitors can taste the native wines made from autochthonous grape vines primitivo and negroamaro.

The piazzas and corners of the historic centre will be given over to the works of young artists and musicians, as well as stands with typical local gastronomic products.

The first edition of the Wine is...Music prize, sponsored by the national wine institute, Enoteca Italiana, will be awarded to the best product presented during the event, chosen with the collaboration of Radici Wines, the association dedicated to promoting native wines of the Italian south.
