ARMANI OPENS HOTEL IN MILAN

Celebrated fashion designer Giorgio Armani recently inaugurated his second hotel after Dubai, this time in his home town of Milan. The super-luxurious Armani Hotel Milano is constructed on top of an existing 1937 building and is equipped with every comfort. The ground floor and first floor are given over to the Emporium Armani store with clothes and jeans from the stylist atelier, while the hotel accommodation is distributed between the second and sixth floors.

The 95 rooms include 28 spacious and exclusive suites, with the top Presidential containing dining room and kitchen and a bamboo-covered terrace where millionaire guests can stay for the sum of  €.11,000 per night. Armani pampered guests can enjoy the state-of-the-art facilities of a 1,200 sqm spa on the eighth floor and gourmet meals at the Armani Restaurant. The breathtaking views over the Duomo from the  Bamboo Bar and Lounge on the seventh floor are already legendary.

The Armani Hotel is situated in the heart of Milan, in the exclusive area known as the Quadrilatero della Moda (the Fashion Quadrilateral) between Via Manzoni, Via dei Giardini, Via Croce Rossa and Via Pisoni. Curiously enough, seen from the air, the building is in the form of a gigantic letter "A"

It was fate! comments Giorgio Armani, who says that the opening of a hotel in Milan is the fulfillment of a long-time dream.
