HALLOWE'EN AT RAINBOW MAGICLAND

Rainbow MagicLand, Rome's new theme park, brings its first season to an end with a special Hallowe'en weekend, guaranteed to draw in the crowds. The Park will be open all day until midnight on the 31 October 2011 and will be transformed into the magical atmosphere of the ancient phantom and witches' holiday with giant pumpkin lanterns, vampires, dangling bats, spiders and other typical Hallowe'en decorations. Visitors can also expect to meet zombies, witches, ghosts and the like popping out at unexpected corners.

Special shows will be running in the Gran Teatro and the Palabaleno. The Gran Teatro features the musical Dolchetto o Scherzetto (Trick or Treatť) with spectacular dance routines and acrobatic acts, while the Palabaleno shows the spine-chilling Demonia, starring the kind of monsters you find in nightmares.

Not to worry! It's all in good fun. 4 pm marks the Kid Show, the Hallowe'en Parade involving all the children present in the Park. The best costume will be selected by a jury of supernatural beings, such as fairies, wizards and vampires.

The Park will also be open on the 1 November until 6 pm and will then close until next spring 2012.
