RIMINI CITYPASS FOR VISITORS

The town of Rimini has re-issued a special package deal for visitors that gives a series of discounts and free entrances to museums. The pack includes a card that is valid until the 3 June 2012, with 12 vouchers for free entrance to city museums and the Surgeon's House, a fascinating ancient Roman site where a unique set of surgeon's instruments were found, as well as entrance to the major art exhibition From Vermeer to Kandinsky running till June at Castle Sismondo.

Visitors also receive a map and miniguide to the city sights, plus discounts on city transport, theme parks, the local spa complex, bookshops, taxis and other services, as well as three films at the Cineteca.

The Rimini City Pass was first introduced in October 2010 and during the successive months, up till the 31 December 2011, 6,230 City Passes have been distributed.
