A new EU ruling in favour of Italian products has just been passed. It obliges all stores in EU countries to withdraw faked Made in Italy goods from commerce. The measure was announced during a conference on Italian food products entitled: Eating Well is not Enough, held as part of the 100 anniversary celebrations of the Foreign Press Association in Italy. The association has an offshoot organization called the  Gruppo del Gusto, which groups member journalists specialized in gastronomy and food writing.
